"It was all for the Will of Fire." Seeing that Uchiha Toko seemed pleased with the results of his efforts over the past two days, Shisui smiled as well.

"But don't you think the punishments are a little too light?" Uchiha Toko asked, pointing at the provision on the desk that prescribed fines and verbal reprimands.

"Toko, they're just ordinary villagers. Isn't that punishment already quite severe?" Shisui asked, confused.
