What she did not know was that the dozens of samurai outside were already as exposed to Austin as if they had stripped naked.

Austin rose to his feet and snapped his fingers. His clothes suddenly changed, returning to his usual attire.
Within that seemingly frozen space and time, the tall figure walked slowly through them with his hands in his pockets, utterly unhurried.
With every step that fell, a shaved-pate topknot slowly dropped to the ground.
By the time Austin left the room and looked back down into it, blood had already flooded the floor. Only the terrified madam remained, collapsed on the ground in a puddle.
Austin merely smiled faintly.
"Go on, contact those samurai and that shogun you mentioned.
I'll wait for him right here."

an ugly purple-haired man clutched his head and wailed as he looked around him, as though his parents had died. He possessed none of the bearing expected
