"I heard that back then, countless kings emerged across the world, along with an unbelievably massive war!!!"
Vegapunk had actually done some research on that after reading Ohara's books and records.
He knew it was the story of a Great Kingdom fighting twenty nations alone. Its eventual defeat had given rise to the greatest overlords of the modern world.

Vegapunk had his concerns as well. From the ruins left behind by ancient times, as well as the ancient giant robot he had once investigated.
It was clear enough that it had been an era even more powerful than the present.

Vegapunk stuck out his tongue. When he mentioned that existence, wariness appeared in his eyes, and sweat beaded on his face.
He knew of Imu's existence. Eight hundred years ago had been an age where demons and monsters roamed freely, and it had been exceedingly dangerous.
Even the legendary Sun God Nika, whom Vegapunk had admired so deeply, had met a bleak end in that era.
"A little challenge is part of what makes life fun, isn't it~?"
