A faintly grave atmosphere hung over this place that symbolized the highest authority across the entire sea. Even here, someone had made things difficult to handle.
Outside the Chamber of Power, two figures dressed in white appeared somewhat nervous, yet they still resolutely stepped into this room beyond the reach of ordinary people.
The two of them had not dealt with each other much, but they shared one thing in common.
They both belonged to CP0.
As the apex of the Cipher Pol organization, they were accountable only to the Five Elders and the Celestial Dragons most of the time. They did not fear even Marine Headquarters officers in the slightest.
But before the Celestial Dragons, especially those who held high positions among them, they could only act like dogs.
They had been summoned separately and had merely happened to run into each other. Strictly speaking, they were here for the same matter.
After entering the room, neither dared look around. They could only lower their heads, step forward, and respectfully kneel on one knee.

Backlit as they were, their faces could not be seen clearly. All one could feel was their profundity and terror.
Having occupied positions of power for so long, they had developed an imposing aura without needing anger. Without saying a word, merely casting their gazes over was enough to create immense psychological pressure.
Both Stussy and Guernica, the so-called Strongest CP0, could feel that deeply.
