Even when he had just encountered Austin, Shanks had already prepared himself to be captured by the man.

If there was truly no other choice, Shanks had even considered using his connections in the Holy Land to escape from prison.

Although he disliked Holy Land Mary Geoise and the people who lived there, compared to the freedom of the rest of his life, he was still willing to pay the price.

Yet unexpectedly, Austin did not choose to attack them here. Instead, he seemed inclined to travel with them.
