Huo Kong discovered that Su Luo had killed his younger brother, Huo Shan, and pursued him with lethal fury. After Huo Kong used a self-damaging technique to gain speed and struck Su Luo down, Su Luo began recovering, but Huo Kong attacked him again while he was helpless.

• Huo Kong recognized Huo Shan's corpse and chased Su Luo, vowing revenge.

As the group prepared to return to Ape Beast City, Jiang Hao remained troubled by what he had seen, and an angry voice sounded outside the Myriad Sword Society headquarters.
