Vladimir was clearly a hard-line Labor Party leader. Faced with the Imperialists' encirclement and suppression, not only was he unafraid, he was instead considering a counteroffensive against them.
Because of developments in the world situation, the Russian Labor Party's circumstances were now far better than in his previous life. Even though it had ceded more territory than before, the contradictions among the Imperialist countries had instead granted the Russian Labor Party an excellent window for development.
