Kakashi had been shopping nearby when he happened to see the scene. However, when he arrived, Might Guy was already half-kneeling on the ground. Just as Kakashi was about to make a move, Might Guy suddenly erupted and instantly defeated the two of them.

After taking Might Guy to his doorstep and watching as Might Duy brought him inside, Kakashi finally turned and left.
Might Guy had truly surprised him today.
Even now, Kakashi still could not figure out how Might Guy's final two kicks had suddenly exploded with such immense power. He should have been completely out of strength by then.
"Hatake, sensei said we have a mission tomorrow. Don't be late."
On his way home, Kakashi ran into two teammates who had come looking for him.
"Mm." Kakashi nodded coldly without saying anything else, then walked straight toward his home.
