Breathing Techniques could improve training efficiency and make his body stronger. His Thunderclap and Flash also needed his Breathing Technique to reach Constant Concentration before its flaws could be resolved.
Although Armament Haki and Nature Transformation were powerful, neither could improve Kakashi much at the moment. No matter how formidable Nature Transformation was, Kakashi did not have enough Chakra to convert.
