After dinner, Obito and the other disciples went home. Still not satisfied, Jiraiya bought some sake, and the three of them ate, drank, and chatted.
Jiraiya did most of the talking, while Mu Yue and Minato mostly listened, occasionally bringing up small topics.
"Imitating a Tailed Beast Bomb is even harder than I imagined." Minato brought up his Ninjutsu development, hoping to get some inspiration from Mu Yue and Jiraiya.
"You want to develop a Ninjutsu similar to a Tailed Beast Bomb? That won't be easy." Jiraiya drained his cup of sake and stroked his chin.
Much of a Jinchuriki's deterrence came from the Tailed Beast Bomb. Its destructive power was simply too great. Even Jiraiya had no way to take one head-on and could only find a way to evade it.
"I tried developing it in the form of a Chakra sphere, imitating the shape of a Tailed Beast Bomb, but the Chakra sphere is extremely unstable right now. Its power isn't even enough to pierce a large tree." Minato continued describing the difficulties he had encountered during development.
"If stability is the issue, Minato, I think you could use a solid round object to help with your practice. Something like a ball," Mu Yue said after some thought.
Minato's eyes lit up. He felt that Mu Yue's suggestion was excellent and smiled as he thanked him. "Using a physical object to assist with practice really is a good idea."
After they finished discussing the Rasengan, Mu Yue took the opportunity to bring up his earlier idea.
"Setting a seal on a single Chakra acupoint to store Chakra does seem somewhat inappropriate. I thought it over carefully, and if the scope could be expanded to include more Chakra pathways and acupoints, it might work."
