Noticing Kakashi charging at him, Kurosawa hurriedly sprang up and knocked Nohara Rin back several steps, trying to evade Kakashi's attack.
But Kakashi, fighting at full strength, was incredibly fast. With the advantage of a surprise attack, how could Kurosawa possibly dodge in his panic?
The sharp blade sliced across Kurosawa's left arm, leaving a long, narrow bloody gash.
"Damn it, I got beaten that quickly? How useless," Kurosawa cursed, clutching his arm.
He had originally held the absolute advantage here. Now that his arm was injured, even if Kakashi left immediately, he might not necessarily be able to defeat Nohara Rin.
"You prefer making demands of your teammates over relying on yourself? Becoming teammates with you would be a tragedy," Kakashi said with a deep frown after hearing Kurosawa's words.
"What kind of joke is that? He got me injured, and I'm supposed to say nice things about him?" Kurosawa sneered, trying to stall for time with his words while wrapping his wound in bandages.
But Kakashi did not fall for it. He could insult him all he wanted, but he could not stop attacking his body. He immediately charged forward again.
Whoosh!
Kakashi, using Thunder Breathing at full power, was far faster than Kurosawa. Kurosawa thrust his short blade at Kakashi, only to discover that Kakashi had vanished from directly in front of him.
Bang!
Kakashi appeared at his side and sent Kurosawa flying with a spinning kick, knocking the short blade from his right hand as well.
Boom!
The tree Kurosawa crashed into shook violently, its entire trunk swaying several times as leaves rustled nonstop.
"Rather than slandering others, improve yourself. Those who only blame their teammates will never gain companions they can rely on," Kakashi said coldly.
