"If an old grandmother slowly shuffled past you and slowed you down, would you want to punch her?" Obito asked Uchiha Itachi.
After understanding Obito's words, Uchiha Itachi looked at him with wide, puzzled eyes. "Wh-why would you punch grandmother?"
Obito scratched his head. Of course normal people would not punch her, but this kid was capable of wiping out his own clan. Shouldn't beating up an old grandmother be nothing unusual to him?
After thinking it over, Obito decided he had to give Uchiha Itachi a few options. He could not let him answer a question with another question.
"When you're crossing the street, you encounter a slow-moving old grandmother. You have three choices."
"A. Help grandmother cross the street."
"B. Ignore grandmother and go your own way."
"C. Snatch the lollipop from grandmother's hand."
As soon as he finished giving the question and options, Obito immediately added, "You're not allowed to answer a question with a question. You have to pick one."
Shisui looked toward Uchiha Itachi, curious about his choice.
Although Obito's question was somewhat childish, Uchiha Itachi was still young and would not have too many complicated thoughts. It could serve as a certain kind of test.
Uchiha Itachi stared blankly at Obito. After two minutes, he answered, "I choose B. Keep my distance and go my own way."
Obito wore an expression of utter certainty. He knew it—Uchiha Itachi did not look like a good kid at all. He did not even know to respect the elderly and care for the young.
As expected of a naturally evil brat. He's thinking like this at such a young age. In a few more years, won't he be stealing lollipops? Obito thought.
"Then why did you choose B, Itachi?" Shisui wanted to know what Uchiha Itachi was
