Might Guy had once carried out missions with Kakashi and Obito during their internship as ninja. Since they were also both Mu Yue's students, Kakashi was not worried that Guy joining the team would disrupt their overall coordination.
But Genma Shiranui and Ebisu had joined as well. After careful consideration, Kakashi decided to maintain the current arrangement and complete B-rank Missions first to build teamwork. Once they had worked together for a while, they could raise the mission rank.
Kakashi did not need Genma Shiranui and Ebisu to contribute too much. The gap in strength was there, after all. What Kakashi mainly feared was that inadequate coordination would end up dragging the team down.
Genma Shiranui and Ebisu were not the type to be weak yet eager to show off. They conscientiously supported the others and did not recklessly charge forward during battles to prove themselves. After several days, they had coordinated quite well.
"Being on a team with you guys feels so comfortable. Before I know it, the mission is done. I really want to keep teaming up with you forever," Genma Shiranui said jokingly.
To a certain extent, that was Genma Shiranui's genuine thought. Teaming up with Kakashi and the others truly was easy—easier even than doing D-rank Missions in Konoha.
There were not even enough enemies for the main fighters to handle. The main fighters barely got a chance to make a move, let alone the support members. They could just coast through and still earn rewards.
"Hahaha, well, we are an elite squad," Obito said, pride appearing on his face.
Although they were still only Chunin in rank, the combined strength of their four-person team had long surpassed that of an ordinary squad led by a Jonin.
"I'll report your suggestion to Teacher Chen," Ebisu said
