Shisui gathered Chakra in his eyes, and his blood-red Three-Tomoe Sharingan appeared as his gaze swept across Yokogawa Tsutomu's entire body at incredible speed.
Yokogawa Tsutomu's body was exceedingly strange. Shisui could not find anything on him that could be called eyes, yet Yokogawa Tsutomu possessed normal, or perhaps even sharper, vision.
Shisui believed Yokogawa Tsutomu might have eyes, but ordinary eyes could not detect them.
"Even the Sharingan can't find them? Then ordinary visual Genjutsu won't work either." Shisui discovered that even after pushing his ocular power to its limit, he still could not locate Yokogawa Tsutomu's eyes.
Shisui felt a little troubled. This meant his Genjutsu would be useless in this battle.
If Zorua weren't too weak, I could summon it and give it a try, Shisui thought.
Zorua had not been trained for long enough and could not be useful in an intense battle.
"Those who can't break Genjutsu, close your eyes." Shisui quietly warned his companions before forming hand seals to use Genjutsu.
Although he could not place Yokogawa Tsutomu under Genjutsu, he could deal with the other Kusagakure ninja and eliminate some unstable factors.
No one could guarantee that, under Yokogawa Tsutomu's threat, those Kusagakure ninja would not attack them.
Nirvana Temple Technique!
As Shisui activated his Chakra, illusory feathers rained down from the sky. Whether they were Kusagakure ninja preparing to obey orders or Kusagakure ninja intending to help Kakashi and the others, all of them felt overwhelming drowsiness upon seeing the feathers and collapsed into sleep.
When the Ninjutsu ended, only three Kusagakure ninja remained standing. All the others had fallen under Shisui's Genjutsu.
Shisui was not surprised by this result. Even with the enhancement of Bent Spoon, the Nirvana Temple Technique was still a large-scale Genjutsu with broad range but weak effects.
