This count's mansion stood beside the City Lord's Mansion, and had originally been the property of City Lord Rashid.
In recognition of Bai Pu's great contribution, Rashid III waved his hand grandly and bestowed the mansion on Bai Pu as a residence.
Bai Pu naturally declined, and also said that he could not possibly remain here for long.
Although Rashid III was somewhat disappointed, he still did not take it back. Instead, he said with emotion, "Dio, this estate is still yours. No matter where you go, Zatuk City will always be your hometown!"
With a leader like this, it was no wonder that even though he himself was not especially strong, he could make powerful figures such as Marshal Jalide willingly risk their lives for him.
After the exchange ended, Bai Pu brought the Great and Little Witch back to the Count's Mansion to rest. As for Kong Ming and the others, they naturally went to Zatuk City's Adventurer Tavern.
