At once, a pale purple spherical barrier spread over the surface of the Raging Waves.
This spherical barrier was formed from magic crystal energy. It had shape and substance, and could knock away enemies who tried to board.

"Didn't you say Class Energy couldn't be used inside?" Someone noticed that Class Energy was still usable, though it was under a certain degree of suppression.
"Once we pass through Lord's Throat and enter the Main Brain Chamber, we won't be able to use Class Energy anymore. We're still some distance from Lord's Throat right now, so the suppression isn't too strong."
