New Krypton's highest peak stood at an elevation of 2,230 meters. Formed of granite, its summit was snow-covered in winter and bore traces of ancient glaciers. Below 1,700 meters, forests were abundant. It had originally been Australia's Mount Kosciuszko, but after He-El planted New Krypton's flag here and declared the founding of New Krypton, it became an iconic highest peak.

As New Krypton's gateway to the Divine Realm, Athena proposed using the highest peak as a portal coordinate linking the Divine Realm and New Krypton. He-El approved.

Thus, in merely two months, the highest peak had become utterly different from the Mount Kosciuszko it once was.

Using magic, Athena accelerated the growth of all kinds of magical plants across the peak, channeling down some of the Divine Realm's magical energy and confining it within the mountain's boundaries. The entire 9,800-square-kilometer area brimmed with dense magical energy.

Many plants on the highest peak had been granted intelligence. Elves danced among them, fairies giggled, and the place formed a wondrous magical atmosphere.

Large numbers of kangaroos and rabbits mutated after absorbing magical energy, becoming guardians of the magic city in the pasture forests between roughly 1,700 and 2,100 meters up the mountain.

The magic city midway up the highest peak had already begun recruiting creatures with magical aptitude from all over the world.

Regardless of birth, gender, or species, anyone with magical potential who was willing to join New Krypton and become one of its people could join New Krypton's Ministry of Magic. They would receive substantial resource support, five insurances and a housing fund, as well as instruction from the renowned goddess Athena. In the future, they would fight across the stars for New Krypton and fulfill the beautiful dream of becoming gods and living forever.
