However, there is now another timeline in which He-El appears. He-El in this timeline does not appear in other timelines, while Savitar in the timeline above has a timeline in which He-El appears.
Therefore, this Savitar actually has the memory of two timelines.
One is the normal Savitar birth timeline.
The other one has the timeline of He-El. The memories of everything Barry and He-El have experienced are also experienced by this Time Remnant.
In this timeline with He-El, Savitar was no longer born according to the paradox of destiny, but one.
