New Krypton officially began its campaign to occupy the universe.
Photon detection particles created by the world of The Three-Body Problem, working in tandem with New Krypton's Space Bridge network, spread outward from two locations at faster-than-light speed, radiating through the areas around the Solar System and the Oa Star System. They meticulously mapped every asteroid, every asteroid belt, and every planet, creating a cosmic star chart expanding outward from the Solar System.
Beginning with expansion from the Solar System, every planet detected by the photon detection particles was marked by New Krypton. A Space Bridge would then be activated to travel to that planet for detailed examination, after which its data would be entered into New Krypton's cosmic star chart.
During this process, they discovered many alien races that had not appeared in the cosmic war.
These alien races were not weak. Some had even unified their own star systems and reached the point where they could venture beyond them, yet they knew nothing of stellar-level powerhouses and had never produced one within their own systems.
For example, the Zhiyuan Insectoids were plunderers in the universe. They launched War Machine Scarabs at target planets, and once the Scarabs attached themselves to hosts, they would control them and gradually destroy the entire planet.
There was also a Scarab on New Krypton's Earth, but it had been overcome by a human and had become that human's friend. If New Krypton had not managed Earth so well, the human who obtained the Scarab would have become a superhero called Blue Beetle.
When photon detection particles created by the world of The Three-Body Problem detected the Zhiyuan Insectoids, the Zhiyuan Insectoids had yet to notice anything. New Krypton had already opened a Space Bridge to their star system and sent Harmony, a surrendered
