The Shadow Clone Technique was a B-rank Ninjutsu invented by Konoha's Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju. It used Chakra to create tangible clones. The clones evenly divided the original body's Chakra, possessed consciousness independent of the caster's main body, and had a certain degree of resistance to attacks. Once dispelled, the clones' memories and experiences returned to the original body.
Unlike ordinary clone techniques, these clones had physical forms, possessed the original body's consciousness, and could attack enemies.
