Through the window, they saw a Hyuga Branch Family member with no Caged Bird Seal on his forehead enthusiastically teaching more than forty students around ten years old from the podium.
He was teaching basic management knowledge that Neji Hyuga had compiled based on the Shinobi World.
There were five such classrooms on each floor of the three-story building, fifteen in total. They taught simple general knowledge and management fundamentals, training the students as grassroots administrators.
Konan and Neji Hyuga watched from outside the window under their umbrellas for a while. After making a round of the teaching building, they left the school and headed outside.
