The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, abbreviated as NASA and also known as the United States Space Administration, was an administrative scientific research agency of the United States federal government, responsible for formulating and implementing the United States space program and conducting research in aeronautical and space sciences.

NASA was the world's most authoritative aerospace research institution, sharing its research data with many domestic and international scientific institutions.

But... that was merely its public duty. Since superheroes had appeared, especially after learning that extraterrestrial life and aliens had arrived on Earth by spacecraft, NASA had changed to some extent, becoming more focused on exploring and guarding against outer space.

"Director Morgan, we've discovered a new development. Our space probe detected a strange 'giant meteorite' that suddenly appeared near Jupiter! According to orbital calculations, this 'giant meteorite' is heading toward Earth. Its final destination may be Earth itself, causing damage on a scale no less devastating than the massive meteorite that wiped out the dinosaurs."

Frederick Marshall, NASA's director of space exploration, said gravely, his slightly plump belly thrust forward.
