Hearing blonde Launch's question, Raditz could not help but grow angry.
"You don't even know Kakarot!" Raditz roared furiously, his voice booming like thunder. The dirt before him and the gust blasted out with his shout swept toward blonde Launch like a Category 10 hurricane.
Raditz had never expected his younger brother, a Saiyan, to be so useless that even an ordinary person on Earth did not know his name.
If he had heard Kakarot's name from blonde Launch, or if she had shown fear at the mention of it, Raditz would not have been so irritated and enraged.
But now, even an ordinary woman did not know Kakarot's name.
What did that mean?
It meant Kakarot had never conquered Earth at all. That was why the people of this planet did not know his name.
Raditz felt this was utterly terrible.
Kakarot, his younger brother, had brought such shame upon the Saiyans. He had actually failed to conquer such a tiny planet.
Perhaps he had been killed by this planet's people as an infant.
Raditz was deeply displeased and frustrated. The thought that he might have come all this way for nothing made him even more impatient and irritable.

A powerful Category 10 hurricane blasted straight at her, making her instinctively bend her knees and lean forward as she braced herself against the gale from Raditz's shout and the swirling sand. The grit stung as it struck her skin, and the hurricane nearly sent blonde Launch flying.
