Eastern Africa, New Century City.

Here, supplies gathered by the Super Technology Group from all over the world mingled with the distinctive traits of African tribes, giving this newly risen city a culture of order mixed with wild, exotic vitality.

Wakanda's king, T'Chaka, followed behind Arno with his son T'Challa and daughter, Princess Shuri.

"It is not more advanced than Wakanda." T'Challa was broad-shouldered and sturdy, with a calm and generous bearing. Walking beside his father's left, he swept his gaze over New Century City, which was still being planned and heavily developed.

Only a newly erected administrative palace stood in the distance, simple and unadorned, without any particularly striking features. Its white surfaces were accented with broad, imposing touches of gold. One could tell that in the future, it would become a prosperous city of order filled with diverse characteristics.

He and his father kept surveying the trench-like foundations, able to imagine that this neighbor would one day build itself into a pearl of Africa.

But even so, how could it compare with Wakanda?

T'Challa did not understand why his father had brought him, fresh from earning his doctorate in physics at Oxford University, to a city still under construction and told him that he needed to continue his studies.

"But they smile just like the people of Wakanda, don't they?" Princess Shuri, dressed in a white gown, was petite, slender, and striking. She poked her head out from T'Chaka's right side and grinned teasingly at her brother, raising an eyebrow.

T'Challa had no way of dealing with the sister he was so close to. He could only helplessly glance at the smiles around them and straighten his slightly disheveled, elaborate Wakandan robes. "That is true. So this is Africa's future."

"So I came here to learn how to
