"Impossible!"
On the chest of the Camouflage Combat Uniform, Meng Chao saw a round battle insignia.
The emblem featured an enraged bull's head, its blade-like horns crossed, huge nostrils billowing thick white smoke like an old steam locomotive, against a backdrop of blood-red flames.

The so-called "Red Bull" meant that whenever this special operations unit encountered an enemy, it went mad like a bull that had seen red.

Phantom Assassins were war hounds raised by the wealthy clans and had not the slightest connection to the Crimson Dragon Army.
After being reborn, although Meng Chao had seen the danger of the Super Enterprises dominating alone and actively moved closer to the Crimson Dragon Army in an attempt to balance Dragon City, his connections were mainly rooted in the former Bureau of Anomalous Beasts, now the Otherworld Investigation Bureau. He and the Crimson Dragon Army were merely allies.
What was more, he followed the path of the Limit Stream. Though he did not reject using thermal weapons to bombard enemies into oblivion, when facing truly troublesome foes, he still preferred—and excelled at—solving problems
