This is the author's first book, so I'm deeply grateful—and truly thankful—that it has received the recognition and support of some readers.
The author personally likes Douluo Dalu 1 quite a lot. Before writing this book, I also read some fan fiction, but how should I put it? Whenever an original character in those stories had any flaws, they would be written as completely worthless NPCs, just there for the protagonist to humiliate.
I can more or less understand that it's because of the market, but newcomers still have a few rough edges that haven't been worn away.
I'll do my best to use the original characters' personalities to give some people different endings. That's also one of my original intentions in writing this book! The protagonist, Yang Ming, is included as well. He received too little attention in the original work, so his personality has been pieced together. His general goodness is largely based on Ya Li's judgment of the other half of her relationship, because I don't believe Ya Li would love a villain.
That's all I'll say about the rest. Let's talk about something the readers might be interested in.
As for tomorrow's update, there should be three or four chapters. I basically have no chapters saved up, so I'll see how much I can write!
After it goes on sale, I'll update around six thousand words a day! My writing speed is average, and this is my current limit.
