Uchiha Setsuna gave Obito a thorough tongue-lashing.
Obito looked completely innocent.
"Elder Setsuna, things aren't like they were when you were conquering the world. What we need now is to take this world as quickly as possible."
"Like you said, we could capture the Tailed Beasts and build a second teleportation passage directly, but... the efficiency would be too low!"
"We might end up making things worse instead!"
Uchiha Setsuna had his own reasons as well.
He was exasperated by Obito's stupidity.
"If we let Rasa manage the teleportation passage, couldn't he bring over whoever he wanted?"
