Sasuke froze for a moment. He had never seen a building like this in Hidden Leaf Village, nor had he ever seen a place like this.
"What is this for?"
Sasuke lowered his voice and asked Itachi.
"This is the community center. The population census for the Empire, along with various welfare activities within the clan, are all handled here."
Sasuke nodded with an expression of vague understanding.
Since this was the community center within the clan grounds, there were only two people ahead of them when they arrived. After waiting in line for a short while, it was their turn.
