Everyone's eyes landed on Ye Bai.

Director Xie's expression stiffened. Was Ye Bai messing with him?

The question bank wasn't just memory questions—there were plenty of calculation problems too.

There was no way he could pick an answer in under a second. Many of those questions took even him a good while of hard thinking to calculate.

Director Xie let out a long sigh. The look in his eyes toward Ye Bai changed.

Ye Bai was just fooling around. When this was over, he would definitely give him a stern scolding.

Director Xie wearily closed his eyes, a hint of dejection on his face.

In the blink of an eye, Ye Bai had finished the test.

The crowd of students immediately erupted in uproar, because a perfect score of one hundred appeared on the screen.

"No way, he must have memorized the answers," one student muttered to himself.

"Heh, impossible. Absolutely impossible," another said, utterly incredulous.

"Haha, what's so hard about this? The talent he awakened is Eidetic Memory."

"In other words, exams don't affect him at all."

Those who knew Ye Bai's background naturally understood how absurd this talent was when applied to tests.

Just then, Director Xie opened his eyes. He didn't look at the score, instead jumping to the conclusion that Ye Bai had failed.

"Ye Bai, from now on, curb your arrogance. Come back for the assessment after you've studied properly."

But Ye Bai stood there without moving.

"Teacher, I've already passed the assessment."

Suddenly recalling something, he pulled Ye Bai's file from a thick stack of documents.

"I yield to your superior skill, Director Xie." Ye Bai clasped his hands in a salute, then strolled out leisurely.

When he returned to the Breeding House, he was surprised to find that Da Hui, all by himself, had already cleaned all three floors until they were spotless.

The glass was polished to a mirror shine, and everything in the Breeding House was neatly organized.

The first floor was the shop, the second floor the Laboratory, and the third floor the living quarters.

The Pet Beasts were all celebrating joyfully, bustling with excitement.

Just then, a Phantom Rolls-Royce pulled up at the entrance of the Breeding House.

Bodyguards laid out a red carpet and opened the car door.

A blonde beauty holding a little Ragdoll bunny stepped out of the car.

She wore a custom white dress, adorned with expensive jewelry, her long hair tied up in a bun, revealing her fair neck. Her long, slender legs were concealed by the white dress, and her plump, pale toes peeked out from exquisitely crafted, diamond-studded sandals.

The clean, bright shop caught the blonde maiden's favor, and her large, Azure Blue eyes fixed on Da Hui's fluffy fur.

She wanted to pet him. She itched to pet him, down to her very core.

The young lady's gaze was entirely fixed on Da Hui.

The butler beside her noticed his young lady staring at Da Hui for so long. He took a closer look and suddenly understood.

So the butler stepped forward and knocked on the door: "Forgive the intrusion. Our young lady, Miss Sophia, has taken a liking to the Lightning Cat in your Gray Night Chinchilla's hands. Please be so kind as to part with it."

Gray Night Chinchilla!!!

Ye Bai!!!

Blonde young lady Sophia!!!

The Gray Night Chinchilla hugged the Lightning Cat tightly in its arms, unwilling to let go.

Ye Bai patted Da Hui on the shoulder: "Da Hui, let go. This Lightning Cat is still young; it needs the companionship of a Pet Beast Master."

"If you really miss it, you can always let it come visit the Breeding House often."

Da Hui's eyes were full of reluctance. Ye Bai was acting like the wicked mother-in-law forcing Da Hui to give in.

But Ye Bai was right. The Lightning Cat was still in its infancy; its talent couldn't be wasted. It was best to find a Pet Beast Master to contract with.

Thinking this, Da Hui reluctantly handed the Lightning Cat over to the blonde beauty, Sophia, turning back every few steps with lingering reluctance.

The Lightning Cat landed smoothly in Sophia's arms, meowing softly.

It was clear that the Lightning Cat was also reluctant to part with Da Hui.
