Da Hui's Past

Da Hui's full name was Gray Night Chinchilla, a strength-type pet beast.

It had immense strength, capable of lifting objects weighing over a ton, but its temperament was gentle, and it was generally used as a beast of burden.

Aside from its greater strength, Da Hui's race had no outstanding traits, and on Blue Star, it was widely recognized as a pet beast with no Evolution Path, so few people contracted a Gray Night Chinchilla as their pet.

Ye Bai discovered Da Hui on a night of pouring rain, finding him in a pile of trash, covered in wounds all over his body.

Take the Thunder Pig, for example—it was originally a pet beast capable of unleashing terrifying electric currents, but because its own organ for Generating Electricity malfunctioned, it was abandoned.

Or the Chameleon Lizard, whose Scales could change color with its surroundings, keeping it in a constant state of invisibility, making it highly favored by some Pet Beast Masters. Unfortunately, it too had a defect—it could no longer turn invisible—and was abandoned.

For a Pet Beast Master to dissolve a contract, they needed a tool called the Water of the Styx.

The Lightning Cat before him was entirely golden yellow.

On Blue Star, pet beasts were mainly divided into the attributes of metal, wood, water, fire, earth, lightning, ice, wind, light, dark, poison, fighting, dragon, and ghost.

But when Ye Bai looked at the Lightning Cat, he was suddenly stunned.
