President Roosevelt is listening to a report from Director William Joseph Donovan of US Intelligence Coordination Agency (the predecessor of CIA).
"Your Excellency, island nation's ambassador to Germany had a two-hour contact on the morning of October 18th. On the afternoon of the 19th, the two met again.
