The next morning.

The moment the rising sun pierced through the clouds, a plump Orange Cat leaped onto a rooftop from who knew where, hopping along and humming a tune as it headed for the Uchiha Clan Grounds.

"Cat Granny really thinks big!"

It glanced back toward Cat Granny's location and secretly gave a thumbs-up. "She actually wants to bring the Ninja Cat Clan into the Fourth Shinobi World War, saying that if the Ninja World is destroyed, the Ninja Cat Clan won't be able to find a new patron."

Whoosh! With another leap, its body traced a graceful arc through the air before landing steadily on the second floor balcony.

Peering through the glass, the Orange Cat froze when it saw the bed's blanket folded neatly. Its soft, adorable voice carried a hint of surprise. "Asuka got up this early today??"

Pushing open the bedroom window, Fei Fei jumped inside. It sniffed the air in the room and found all sorts of strange scents mixed together.

"Kushina's and Mikoto's perfume, leftover food smells, a little sweat, and some special scent." Catching that unusual smell, Fei Fei blinked blankly. Then, on tiptoe, it pushed open the half-closed door and poked its head into the first-floor living room.

The leftovers from last night were still on the dining table. The floor was somewhat messy, with several balls of white tissue paper scattered around. From the state of the living room, it was clear that quite a few people had eaten here yesterday.
