I finally came back to write these closing thoughts.

This book's results were probably around 2,500 average subscriptions, just short of premium status. Looking back, the biggest problem was that the relationship progressed too quickly after the exchanges.

First, Xiao Yu and the protagonist's relationship developed too quickly. It should have been stretched out over seven or eight exchanges, which would have allowed for more interesting plotlines.

Second, in Anne's world, the protagonist was exposed too quickly and soon lost the sense of mystery and exploration. The maid should have spent more time guessing, while the protagonist spent more time pretending to be Anne.

Third, in the Xianxia World, it might have worked better if Qing Yue had been traveling. Or perhaps the two should not have been able to communicate so quickly, only through writing.

Fourth, the Future World felt somewhat disconnected. The outline was not properly planned, and the plot was not compelling either.

In short, because the plot moved too quickly, its appeal declined, and the final results stalled.

This was still an interdimensional story, continuing on from Interdimensional Blind Date and Interdimensional Historical Records. After writing three similar books, I really got tired of the genre, and my ideas had run dry. So I decided to get back up where I fell and started a Dream of the Red Chamber novel on an alt account.

And it's a very wild Dream of the Red Chamber story. The rebellion succeeds right from the start, and the protagonist becomes emperor, with the Twelve Beauties of Jinling his to take as he pleases!

If you're interested, feel free to check it out. It's already at 100,000 words, has been confirmed for promotion, and its results are pretty decent.
