Whitebeard Pirates
"Jozu?"
He called out his name.
Yuu called out to Jozu. Turning around, Jozu saw Yuu. "Who are you? This is the Whitebeard Pirates' territory. You are not welcome here." He barred Yuu from going any farther.
Jozu stopped Yuu. "Want to guess whether I can cut through diamond?"
Yuu showed a look of delight.
Though it was merely a probing remark, Jozu's expression tightened.
"An intruder?"
Jozu took several steps back, retreating over ten meters before preparing himself for battle.
"I'm here to see Whitebeard. Please inform him that Saiki Yuu is here to see him."
"Hahaha, no need to be so guarded." Yuu laughed loudly and did not attack Jozu.
To form an alliance with the Whitebeard Pirates, he had to show some sincerity. If he started fighting right away, they would think he had come looking for trouble. Then, if he wanted to drink fine wine, he could only wage a full-scale battle against the Whitebeard Pirates.
Moreover, if the Whitebeard Pirates did not have enough men to rescue Ace, Yuu would have to go to Marineford alone and fight the Marines to save Ace in order to complete the mission issued by the system.
That would mean Yuu would become enemies with everyone involved in the Summit War.
"Saiki Yuu? You're Saiki Yuu?"
Upon hearing Saiki Yuu's name, Jozu immediately pulled out a bounty poster from his waist. After repeatedly comparing it, Jozu nodded.
"Come in!"
Jozu turned and led the way, with Yuu following closely behind. Still this vigilant?
"I didn't expect the Whitebeard Pirates to be this strong already." Yuu was somewhat puzzled. A Four Emperors Pirate Crew like the Whitebeard Pirates—apart from the other Four Emperors, who else could possibly harm them?
Was there really any need to be so vigilant?
