Slaying the Tyrant, Panel Upgrade

Amid the ruins, the Tyrant struggled to his feet. A trace of defiance appeared on his face as his aura surged wildly, charging toward Mid-level Ascended God. Heat waves swept through the surroundings.

Divine power far surpassing what he had displayed just now flowed through his entire demonic body, greatly strengthening his physique.

The Tyrant stared at Chu Jiang, twisting his head from side to side as he sneered. "Human Race, thank you for helping this king remove the methods that old man planted in me, and for helping me slaughter this annoying ugly bastard."

Clearly, he had not exerted any strength just now. It had all been an act.

He had used Chu Jiang's hand to kill two birds with one arrow.

Chu Jiang did not stop the Tyrant from advancing. If the Tyrant reached Mid-level Ascended God, he could yield more lifespan, perhaps even special abilities.

Yet contrary to Chu Jiang's expectations, the Tyrant failed to break through to Mid-level Ascended God. This natural chasm was evidently not so easy to cross. He had merely advanced to the peak of the Third Realm of God Ascension.

"You disappoint me. Why didn't you break through?" Chu Jiang said.

"What do you mean?"

Confusion flashed through the Tyrant's enormous pupils. Had this human gone stupid? He had failed to break through, yet this man was angry. Shouldn't he be happy?

"That way, I can get a little more serious and use thirty percent of my power!" Chu Jiang walked through the air as though treading on emptiness, like a god or devil. His Five Fingers spread open, evolving the three hells of Tongue-Pulling, Finger-Cutting, and Iron Tree.

Heaven and earth roared, the land trembled, and the power of three layers of hell overturned from the void like Hell in Palm.
