Chu Jiang and his companions entered Xuanji City, where its ninth-generation guardian, Gongshu Zheng, explained the city’s history and learned of Great Chu’s plight. Gongshu Zheng vowed to help the later generations and led Chu Jiang through sealed gates to a mysterious chamber, whose contents were revealed as the chapter ended.

• Chu Jiang used Yan Jinsheng’s blood to open Xuanji City’s Giant Gate, and he, Hua Junzi, and Yue Xuanji entered the ruined mechanical city.

Chu Jiang received Xuanji City's Azure Dragon Mech and Heavenly Craftsmanship Scripture from Gongshu Zheng before returning to the outside world with his companions. The chapter ended with Yuan Shouyi facing several Heavenly Venerable-level demons at the Heavenly Demon Palace and proposing another agreement.

Yue Xuanji and Chu Jiang set out for Miao Territory as reports revealed the region’s escalating dangers and the Weapon God Project’s use of stolen souls. After learning the project was nearly complete and identifying Miao Territory’s leaders, Chu Jiang headed toward the border determined to investigate and stop it.

• Yue Xuanji received a warning not to return to Miao Territory, but decided to go there with Chu Jiang to resolve the Weapon God problem.
• Chu Jiang boarded his Sky-Piercing Warship with his guards and traveled toward Miao Territory to obtain the Nine Revolutions Obstacle Breaking Pill.

• Martial artists in Yue Prefecture City discussed how the Miao Frontier’s Jade Fat Fragrant Rice had weakened victims, including powerful experts, and called for intervention.
• Jin Feng told Cao Zhengchun that the Miao Frontier denied any wrongdoing and obstructed the investigation into its Weapon God Project; Cao Zhengchun said they needed proof of deliberate tampering.

• Wang Chao and Ma Han reported that a Miao gu expert had escaped by self-detonating, leaving behind a Soul Guiding Lamp containing 3,200 souls.
• Chu Jiang learned that Miao operatives used Calamity Rice to separate commoners’ souls and collect them for the Weapon God Project, then dispatched guards across Yue and Xiang Prefectures.

In Lei Prefecture, Chu Jiang witnessed the suffering of ordinary people and ordered his Demon Suppressing Guards to strike north.

• Chu Jiang’s purges spread across Yue and Xiang Prefectures, and their armies sealed Miao Territory’s borders while presenting evidence of treason.

Lei Prefecture’s leaders restored the Longevity Lamp by sacrificing cultivators’ lifespans and prepared to use it against Chu Jiang. The Yun Family Head selected Ling'er, whose Blood Bodhi Body gave him 2,800 years of life, to face Chu Jiang in the lamp’s deadly contest.

• The Yun Family Head revealed that the damaged Longevity Candle could make two people’s life flames burn until one died, but it required 30,000 years of cultivator lifespan to activate.

Zhao Hu and Chu Jiang’s forces attacked the Demon Suppressing Camp and punished its abusive guards before Chu Jiang confronted Lei Wanming and the tribal leaders at the Yun residence. The chapter ended with Chu Jiang forcing the banquet guests to kneel before him.
