Requesting a chapter off.
Today I was heading back to the Sichuan Writers Association for a meeting and to receive an award, then I had to catch a flight back that evening. I most likely wouldn't be able to write a second chapter. What came next happened to involve the detailed setting of the Black Tower Control Bureau (B.B.C.), so I'd take the time to organize it properly.
