Though it had once belonged to territory controlled by the Yellow Robe, its collection had been contributed by countless ancient races, and even some unknown Unique Demons.

With the Yellow Robe King's permission, any race and any creature could donate books... Of course, not every book would be accepted. Before a donated book could be added to the collection, it had to pass through two major stages:

1. Pass the Library Senate's "External Review."

2. After passing the External Review, undergo the Library Senate's "Internal Review."

The External Review primarily determined whether a book qualified to be included in the library.

The Internal Review was used to classify a book's type, value, rank, special effects, and other attributes.

It would then be assigned to an appropriate section. For certain books with "potential," the library would even pay a high price to invite their authors to revise, complete, or continue writing them.

Moreover, its greatest difference from ordinary libraries was this:
