Sick leave.

Pharyngeal congestion, bilateral grade II tonsillar enlargement, visible purulent plugs on the surface, and scattered lymphoid follicular hyperplasia on the posterior pharyngeal wall.

I was also very sensitive to cold and hadn't slept well last night; my whole head felt dizzy. I couldn't take Little Afatty out to play today, so I took leave and lay flat at home.
