"Again?"
Hearing that voice, Gu Xi could not help muttering, "How many bodies does he have?"
But when Gu Xi looked up, the surviving wyverns in the sky seemed to have received some sort of order. They turned and prepared to flee.
Gu Xi's heart jolted. What was going on?
At that moment, another bright yellow and orange-red figure appeared in the sky. However, the wyvern flying over was no longer merely a size smaller—it looked somewhat underdeveloped.
It was not much different in size from an ordinary wyvern.
The only thing unchanged was its movement speed, which was still at the level of sound speed.
When it flew in from afar, its movement speed could likewise break the sound barrier.
It was even faster because of its smaller size.
This wyvern did not attack Gu Xi. Instead, it called out from afar before turning and fleeing outward.
Gu Xi immediately understood its intention.
It was trying to retreat.
Yet a trace of doubt flashed through Gu Xi's eyes.
There were some things about this that did not make sense.
If the wyvern flock wanted to retreat, there was no need for this Epic-level one to come over again.
This Epic-level wyvern's actions clearly served to announce its presence to Gu Xi.
That was highly unreasonable.
Gu Xi's first thought was whether the other side wanted to lure him somewhere.
"Have the Undead Titans launch another wave of attacks. Fear Bats, prepare Fear Shriek. Throw them into chaos and don't let them escape."
Although Gu Xi suspected the enemy might have laid an ambush, at most he would refrain from pursuing them. He would never let all the enemies get away.
Letting these wyverns simply flee would be a huge loss
