It felt like Mummy bodies fitted with red skull heads.
Of course, not all the Blood Skull Clan's heads were human. Some were clearly animal heads.
Yet those heads were blood-red as well. It was obvious that they had simply replaced their own heads.
Some Mummies even had crimson Battle Auras beneath their feet.
"The enemies range from Level 33 to level 38."
Gong Lingyu merely swept her gaze over the charging Mummies before quickly speaking to Gu Xi.
"These are the enemy's imperial guards. Fight if you can. If you can't, just follow along and pick up some kills."

Compared to the identities of the Mummies before him, Gu Xi was more curious about how Gong Lingyu had seen through the enemies' levels.
