"What is this?"

Gu Xi pointed at a Building Blueprint in front of him that looked like a Stitched Monster and asked.

He knew that players from the Brainhole Department took unconventional approaches to design, but this thing before him was no longer merely unconventional. It was like someone had stuffed a brain into a bucket and shaken it to mush.

At Gu Xi's question, the players became somewhat embarrassed as well.

"This was researched by one of our Senior Brothers. It's called a Mobile Integrated Special Building Complex."

"Mobile... integrated... special. What a troublesome name. Is there a simpler way to put it?"

The name alone had completely confused Gu Xi.

Hearing that, one of the players said quietly, "What we originally wanted to build was a Mobile City.

"But we discovered that a city itself required a tremendous amount of energy, and making the city move required just as much. On top of that, the city couldn't replenish energy from the Earth Vein while moving.

"With that gain and loss combined, the energy simply wasn't enough. Forget advanced cities—even a Small City couldn't manage it.

"In the end, we kept cutting down what was added inside. But once we reduced it to a certain extent, we discovered a problem: it could no longer be considered a city.

"It couldn't develop either. In the end, it couldn't be called a Mobile City at all, or even a Mobile Base. It could only be called a Mobile Integrated Special Building Complex."

The player explained the situation to Gu Xi.

He knew the problems involved very well.

He had merely sent one district into the sky and had never even considered making that Sky City capable of moving
