Stronger with Every Battle

As the Skeletons of Battle Squad 3 thrust out their attack, the second wave of battle began.

Unlike the first wave of Black Ghoul Shadows, the Black Ghoul Shadows in the second wave had not increased much in level, but their movements were far more agile.

When the Skeletons thrust their attacks, they actually dodged backward.

However, there were simply too many of these Black Ghoul Shadows. Even if those in front dodged, the Long Spears still pierced the Black Ghoul Shadows behind them.

These Black Ghoul Shadows stopped in their tracks and faced Battle Squad 1 head-on. With Battle Squad 1 joining the battlefield, the Black Ghoul Shadow formation was split apart at the front and rear.

In this situation, Gu Xi decisively deployed Battle Squad 2.

"Prepare for battle. Charge straight at the Ghoul Shadow Head."

As Gu Xi gave the order, he pointed toward the Ghoul Shadow Head.

The blast wave sent shattered furniture crashing into the nearby Black Ghoul Shadows.

They concentrated all their strength into their swords. The moment they reached the Ghoul Shadow Head, they brought their blades crashing down.

They had already chosen their targets while charging. The instant they arrived, they swung their swords with all their might.

The Ghoul Shadow Head had three arms, but the explosion had knocked him to the ground. The heavy wardrobe still pinned down his left arm, and when Battle Squad 2 charged over, he had just lowered the big club in his right hand and was about to shove the wardrobe off himself.

It could be said that the Ghoul Shadow Head was at his weakest right now.

Numerous Longswords struck his body, leaving him no chance to dodge.

He took every single sword strike head-on.

But the Ghoul Shadow Head's level was quite high after all. Even after being struck by so many swords, he did not die. Instead, using the force of the attacks, he rolled across the ground and tried to get back up.

Gu Xi had been watching the enemy's reactions the entire time.

The moment he saw the Ghoul Shadow Head roll onto a Skeleton corpse, Gu Xi pointed at that spot.

The Skeleton corpse exploded with a boom, blasting the Ghoul Shadow Head, who had just rolled over it, into the air.
