It wasn't really anything major. Back in April, my tenant said the washing machine was broken, so I bought a new one on Taobao to replace it.
The tenant moved out last month, and I didn't pay much attention to it.
Then the property management called today to say my place was leaking. I rushed over to deal with it and found that the washing machine's inlet hose had broken. After I called someone to repair it, I discovered that this was my old washing machine from back then—the new one had vanished without a trace.
I was completely speechless. I wasn't that much of a failure as a landlord, was I? How could someone even scam me over a washing machine worth a few hundred yuan?
After running around all morning, I was already in a bad mood. I've just sat down to adjust my mood and get ready to write. I hope this bad mood won't affect the words.
