In the southeast corner of Secret Space, in a field filled entirely with magma, many Octopus Heads whose skin had turned black-iron in color were handing out weapons that had just been forged.
They had already received word that someone had broken into Secret Space.
Though they were the blacksmiths of the Octopus Head Clan, they still had to arm themselves and join the battle.
At that moment, one elderly Octopus Head seemed to hear something. He kept nodding and said very seriously, "Don't worry, clan leader. I can do it."
Then he turned to the Octopus Heads beside him and said, "Orders from the clan leader. We have to activate the Great Furnace ahead of schedule.
We need eighteen warriors now.
I'll go first. The rest of you follow on your own."
With that, the Octopus Head voluntarily leaped into the magma.
The other Octopus Heads did not think too much about it. In their eyes, if their sacrifice benefited the entire clan, that was enough.
So one Octopus Head after another jumped into the magma. Though their bodies were wrapped in black iron, under the heat of the magma they were carbonized at once.
After eighteen Octopus Heads had jumped in, the nineteenth Octopus Head stepped forward.
When he leaped into the magma, a large amount of black metal suddenly rose from within it, rapidly clinging to the Octopus Head Player's body.
Under the influence of the black metal, the Octopus Head Player's body visibly grew much larger. But that was not the main point. The main point was that when he stretched out his hand, all sorts of different weapons automatically appeared in it.
Clearly, this was the effect of the Great Furnace.
