She gave her false name and false identity.
"Just call me Audrey. That's what all my friends call me," Audrey said with a slight smile, her hands folded on her lap and her legs placed together to one side, her posture perfectly in line with social etiquette. "It's too noisy here, and it easily draws attention. Later, you must attend another salon hosted by Viscount Glaint and me. Someone will guide you there at the side entrance."

With that, she lifted the hem of her dress and rose, walking elegantly toward the center of the venue. Her high-heeled dancing shoes made faint sounds against the carpet.
Only then did Angel notice that quite a few guests in the salon had already looked toward this small corner. As the focus of the gathering, Audrey was likely worried that Angel would attract too much unnecessary attention, which was why she had left so quickly after their brief conversation.
Sevillea also looked over, her gaze carrying both amusement and confusion. She was probably wondering how Angel had managed to strike up a conversation with Audrey so easily.
