And that person was very likely the "Black Emperor" who had recently broken into Capim's mansion and killed the two Beyonders protecting him, or at least a companion helping him sell the Beyonder Characteristics.
With this realization, Angel naturally would not take the bait so easily. However, she was also quite curious about the identity of the person searching for the Black Emperor. According to her and Sherlock's analysis, Capim likely had countless ties to Backlund's upper nobility, perhaps even the military and royal family. Not to mention that he had been helping the Demoness Sect traffic people, involving far too many parties. His death had likely left countless people in a panic, eager to find the murderer.
There were too many possibilities for the identity of the person behind it, leaving her with nowhere to begin.
