Inside the hired carriage, Angel withdrew her gaze from the street outside the window and lowered her voice as she questioned Sherlock Moriarty, who sat across from her.
When he had gone to Jason Beria's home that morning, he had secretly taken out a handkerchief used in the failed Devil summoning ritual while several Machinery Hivemind members had their attention drawn by her.
Angel had guessed at the time that the handkerchief would be used for divination, so when Sherlock had immediately gone to the washroom after Ikanser left, she understood his purpose.
"That's right. That handkerchief was used by Jason during the ritual and had the closest connection to his body, mind, and Spirit Body. After eliminating the interference, I divined a luxurious building in Backlund. It had a glass greenhouse filled with vivid roses. This sort of structure isn't common, but we definitely can't locate it right away. In the end, we'll have to wait for news from the official Beyonders."
Sherlock sighed with some regret before continuing:
"Most importantly, I saw the real 'Jason' in the divination. He was hidden beneath a human skin, and his appearance was slightly different from the one we saw in the portrait this morning. Considering how the Sealed Artifact Arrodes was misled, I suspect that any divination concerning 'Jason Beria' will be directed toward that human skin—or rather, whoever is wearing it."
