It is situated right in the middle of the two continents, which is why it got such a name. The port on it undertakes the supply, docking, and repair work for all ships on the route. Although it is only a small port, it is extremely bustling.
"Unfortunately, due to the local influence of the Berserk Sea, the climate is volatile. Aside from the port, most areas of Midway Island remain undeveloped, not to mention the hundreds of unexplored islands around it. Those are the true 'small islands'."
