Chapter Summaries

Franca and Jenna escorted Christina and Dorothy to the Giant King's Court, where the girls’ suspiciously familiar behavior led Franca to investigate them with Arrodes. At the Court’s highest platform, a giant hand reached from beyond a partly open door toward Christina and Dorothy.

• Christina asked Franca and Jenna to take her and Dorothy to the Giant King's Court, and Jenna agreed despite Franca’s suspicions.
• On the road, Jenna distracted the girls while Franca used Magic Mirror Divination to learn that they had sneaked away from their parents; Arrodes embarrassed Franca with a question about her feelings for Jenna.

• Madam Chariot carried Tina and Dorothy through the Mirror World, left them near a small city, and revealed that her name was Angel Gray before disappearing.
• Tina asked the Genie about Angel Gray, but he demanded her final wish in exchange for information, so she declined and questioned Dorothy about their parents instead.

• Tina and Dorothy entered Yanan City, where its buildings and landmarks reminded them of places they had seen elsewhere.
• Tina and Dorothy visited City Hall Square and waited for the Church of the Fool’s sermon to end so they could remove the Magic Wishing Lamp’s sixth seal.
